Summer Shock at California College of Music is designed to give teenagers and young adults who sing or play guitar, bass, drums or keyboards an enjoyable and educational experience in a college environment. In week one, students form a band, learn a set of popular music, and perform a live concert. In week two, students take songwriting classes, learn about computer recording software, and record music in our world-class recording studio.

Summer Shock students receive 1 or 2 weeks of intensive, immersive music instruction from experienced professional musicians and college faculty members. The first week focuses on performance of popular music in a live band, and the second week focuses on music production and recording. Students may attend one or both weeks, depending on their interests. Read more below, and SIGN UP TODAY! For questions please email us at summershock@ccmcollege.com.
